The house is situated in Jämtland
county, close to Scandinavia´s largest skiing resort. By car or taxi
Åre is 15 minutes away. Closer you have excellent cross- country skiing
and two smaller areas for downhill-skiing. The house is situated in a farming
area on a hillside with a view of the valley.
The house was built around 1930 by the family Stadigh and the hotel-business run as a complement to farming and foresty. The hotel permit allows twenty-four guests. Fully equipped kitchen is available for self-catering. The house has been partly renovated on several occasions but the ambience has remained very genuine.
